PCB Design using ExpressPCB -PART 1

This LECTURE class can be taken alone, or you can take both PART 1 and PART 2. PART 1 is required before you can take PART 2.
Part 1
For this first part of the PCB Design using ExpressPCB class, you will spend 3.5 hours in a class lecture situation, learning the basic principles of printed circuit board design and learn the free ExpressPCB design software to do full cycle printed circuit board (PCB) design. This lecture provides: “anatomy” and terminology of the PCB, an overview of the PCB requirements, and layout strategies.
Part 2 is a separate class in which you will be designing the actual PCB board and it will be sent out to be cut and returned so you can populate it and test it out!
NOTE: This class may be attended by students under 18 without a parent or guardian. Minimum age restriction still applies.
