Part 1 - Fundamentals of Plastics covers the properties of plastics and how they figure into your part design. What are the different families of plastics? What are their properties, and how do you choose the material that's right for your project?

This session is great for applying to part design, or just to satisfy your curiosity about a material we find literally everywhere in our lives.

About the Presenter:This seminar is led by Ken Nelson, a retired plastics application development expert from DuPont who worked as a consultant to the auto industry. Learn the basics of this versatile material from an industry expert.
